Biologic safety cabinet major aims at providing protection between personals, environment and operators for test operation of fostering sterile animal tissue cells and breeding virvses.
BHC-IIA/B2/B3 line biologic safety cabinet series are of full stainless still construction, built by die-casting in unibody, with the shell treated with enhancement for shock absorbing and noise reducing, meanwhile maintaining the smoothness of the table construction.
Each biologic safety cabinet has gone through various detections of 14 items before introduced from the factory, and each with a complete report for the customers.
We produce biologic safety cabinet mainly including 2 series of BHC-IIA/B3 (airflow 70% circulation, 30% emission), and BHC-IIB2 (airflow 100% emission).
Selections will be given to customers for high quality effective air filter (HEPA) or ultrahigh effective air filter (ULPA) employed.
When quality high effective air filter (HEPA) is employed:
● Filtration effectiveness: @0.3μm≥99.995%.
● Cleanness: ISO 5 (level 100) When ultrahigh effective air (ULPA) is employed:
● Filtration effectiveness: @0.12μm≥99.999%.
● Cleanness: ISO 4 (level 10)

BHC-II A/B3 Series Biologic safety cabinet :
Function description:
It meets the requirements Standard NSF-49 regarding Class II Type A2, and applicable to biologic safety cabinet with airflow 30% discharge and 70% circulation. The cabinet can reduce cross infection between laboratory objects, protecting laboratories and preventing the working environment from contaminated by biologic and chemical substances. It is of vertical laminar flow negative pressure type.
● The purification operating area is of SUS304 fully stainless unibody forming, and fillet construction, which is convenient for clean and maintenance. The tube, tunnel and penetrable section are all sealed to become side pressure surrounding in prevention of bacteria contaminated airflow liberation, emitting inside the laboratory;
● Electronic control system: airflow monitor system monitors and displays the airflow status through the LED of the front panel, and the digital pressure transducer monitors the pressure difference inside the cabinet, alerting to laboratory operators at high alarm status such as HEPA strainer film stagnated and insufficient voltage as well as power cut.

● 1×30W ultraviolet sterilization lamp, elimination of microorganism contamination.
● Emitting audible and visual alarm for the operating window open height at 200mm.
● The power output sockets in the operating area has waterproof hood and overload protection.
● With quality high effective strainer (or ultrahigh effective strainer), and capture efficiency up to 99.995%-99.999% for 0.3-0.12m dust particles.
● Integrated sliding safety glass door for arbitrary positioning, easy operation, and capability for full close facilitating sterilization.
The B3 type biological safety cabinet is applicable to samples of biological safety class P1,2,3 on the UL list, and allowable for objects for operation with minim volatility toxic chemical substances and trace volatile irradiative nuclide. Structural Airflow Diagram.
